Singer Rob Mills faces vilification complaint

Noted Anti-Discrimination Campaigner and homosexual man Garry Burns has lodged a vilification complaint against singer Rob Mills under the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 with the President of the Anti-Discrimination Board ( ADB ) of NSW over his publication of an image that portrays homosexuals males as being sick , perverted and dirty people.

Garry Burns said , “ By publishing that pernicious image Rob Mills has publicly ridiculed homosexual men and portrayed them as being sick , perverted and dirty people in the eyes of the Australian public. I don’t take it up the poo-dah mate”.
Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 ( NSW ) 49ZS Public Act includes:
( a ) any form of communication to the public , including speaking , writing , printing , displaying notices , broadcasting , telecasting , screening and playing of tapes or other recorded material , and
( c ) the distribution or dissemination of any matter to the public with knowledge that the matter promotes or expresses hatred towards , serious contempt for , or severe ridicule of , a person or group of persons on the ground of the homosexuality of the person or members of the group.
To remedy the matter Mr.Burns will be requesting that Mr.Mills publish an apology in the Sydney Morning Herald ( SMH ) , pursuant to the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 and donate $10,000 to Stanford House Charity. ( see attachment )
“ Mr.Mills homosexual men are not losers and nor are the Sydney Swans Football Club worthy recipients to be sodomised” , Burns concluded.
